Service Description
QHHT® is a technique developed by Dolores Cannon that bypasses the chatter of your conscious mind to focus on obtaining information from your Higher Self. This type of past life regression offers profound information on your past and future selves to help you align and discover your soul's purpose. The best thing that you can do to prepare for your session, is to keep an open mind. Try not to overthink things and remember that the subconscious will only show you what you are ready to see. No need to worry about anything! Sessions typically last about 2.5 - 3.5 hours so it's recommended that you eat a light meal prior to arriving. Try to abstain from too much caffeine, and wear comfortable clothing that you can relax in. Please prepare a list of questions for the subconscious on a separate piece of paper that will be asked on your behalf during the session. Most people list questions about life, relationships, career, and health. If you’ve never meditated before, it's recommend you start a practice, even if it’s for a few minutes at a time prior to our session. It’s not a requirement but it may help you have a deeper connection to the subconscious. Please note, you must be at least 16 years of age to have a session. Parental consent required for clients under 18 years. During Your Session We begin the session by discussing your life. We do this so that I can easily assist you throughout the hypnosis. Often additional questions may come up during this time, so it’s a great opportunity to add to the list! We’ll then review your questions and take a 5-minute break before the induction. All sessions are recorded and sent to you immediately after the session via email. The recording of your session is an important part of the healing process, and we encourage you to listen to it often. After the break, you'll get relaxed and comfortable on a practitioner’s table and a cordless microphone will be clipped on the edge of the blanket closest to your head. You’ll immediately feel comfort. You'll then be guided into a deep relaxation using words and imagery and journey into your session.
